| "We were having our puppy treated at another veterinary clinic for 2 weeks for pneumonia and was not improving according to the vet. We were sure our puppy was not going to survive! We took our puppy to Tender Care's doctors for a second opinion. | I have been going to Tender Care Animal Hospital for several years now. I love the way that Dr Kevin and Dr Bob understand that our pets are our family/best friend. Dr Kevin even thanks me for taking care of my girls the way that I do. The doctors are so compassionate and supportive. I feel like I am leaving my girls with family when they do a procedure on either of them. I trust their judgment. I feel that Dr Kevin and Dr Bob are there because they love pets so much. It feels like I am visiting family upon entering the door. The technicians and receptionist know me and my girls by name. Annie, one of my standard poodles is a handful, but not for Tender Care’s staff, they are so patient with her. Leroy, one of the technicians was the only successful person to trim my dog’s nails.
