Drop-Off Time: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Pick-Up: Once your pet is seen and you’ve been contacted

Cost: No additional fee

Best For: Minor illness / injury, wellness exams, vaccinations, and outpatient tests or treatment

While you’re away, your pet will be safely monitored and cared for with the same attention and compassion we would give our own furry companions.

What to Expect Upon Arrival

Upon arrival, a veterinary technician will briefly meet with you to:

  • Gather details about your pet’s condition
  • Review and confirm the treatment plan
  • Go over the estimated costs and financing options
  • Have you review and sign the necessary consent forms

Once checked in, you’re free to go about your day. You’ll be notified once your pet is ready for pickup.

Communication & Ongoing Care

The veterinarian will examine your pet based on their availability. Once the exam is complete:

  • You’ll get a call to discuss findings and treatment options
  • If additional tests or treatments are needed beyond the original plan, we will contact you for approval before proceeding
  • Updates are provided directly by the veterinarian or a technician
